Speed networking is back by popular demand. Don't miss the opportunity to expand your network, increase your referrals or meet a potential client.  In this fast-paced, time-structured session, you will meet at least six business professionals. If you depend on word-of-mouth referrals and grassroots networking to grow your business, this is the Brown Bag for you - be sure to bring plenty of business cards.

What is a Brown Bag Lunch?  This educational seminar is held the third Tuesday of each month and includes a roundtable consultation geared toward small-to-medium-sized businesses. Featured topics are presented by community experts. Cost is $8 for members and $15 for non-members. Soda, coffee, and tea will be provided but please feel free to bring your own lunch.

ORIENTAL HEALING DANCE CLASSES
Dance is simply moving rhythmically to music. It can be done by anyone, young or old,
and has been used through history and across cultures as a beneficial healing therapy.
Expression of the self through movement is a fun, creative, and empowering way to
improve physical and emotional well-being. Oriental Healing Dance classes are for all
levels and combine middle eastern dance with meditation, stretches, and oriental
medicine theory to provide maximum healing through the dance. Wear your comfy
clothes and come dance with us!
Shauna has been dancing for the last 7 years with a heavy influence in the Middle Eastern, or “bellydance” style.
She has since joined Arctic Angels, Alaska’s most elite freestyle dance troupe. Shauna is also a Professional Massage Therapist whose practice is based in Oriental Medicine.
