AMI Center Appearance: Alaska's Top 40 under 40 Luncheon

In celebration of Lupe Chavez nomination to the Top 40 under 40, the AMI Center will join its host agency YWCA Anchorage at this luncheon event hosted by the Alaska Journal of Commerce and the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce. The AMI Center is a project of the YWCA Anchorage Women$Finances program and a national model for the YWCA USA's Hallmark Program of Economic Empowerment for Women. The mission of the YWCA is to eliminate racism and empower women. The Women$Finances mission is to create an atmosphere of self-empowerment for women of diverse ethnic and social backgrounds so they can become economically self-sufficient.
