Free accounts and pre-activation
Creating an account or submitting an application is free. Live plan-specific payment links are available after recorded agreement acceptance. If inspection declines your vehicle, it is not activated. The owner proposes no voluntary refunds, but failed-inspection handling and mandatory refund rights must be legally approved before any payment is accepted.
One-year commitment + six months free
The proposed arrangement is 12 months paid upfront plus six additional promotional months: 18 months total from written final activation. The owner proposes no voluntary refunds after activation. Statutory cancellation, refund and dispute rights always prevail; this draft does not waive them.
Your registered vehicle only
Membership is nontransferable. If you sell your vehicle or replace it after an accident, apply again with the replacement vehicle. AMI may review a discretionary exception for a similar vehicle or individual circumstances; no transfer or credit is automatic.
Payment and renewal authorization
Check, bank payment, card payment and securely saved-card options will be confirmed when the processor and legal terms are approved. Never send account or card numbers through a contact form. Verified payment unlocks roadside assistance immediately and the first free oil change after three days. Other benefits require inspection and final approval. Continuation is separately disclosed and accepted; no automatic $250 monthly charge during the included term.
