Current powertrain exclusions
Electric and diesel vehicle benefits are not currently available. Hybrid traction batteries are excluded. These vehicles may still apply for manual review or future availability; no benefits are promised.
Proposed service restrictions
The final benefit schedule determines eligibility. This draft does not remove mandatory customer rights.
- Pre-existing faults and inspection deficiencies not accepted in writing
- Collision, theft, vandalism, flood, fire and external damage
- Neglect, misuse, unsafe continued driving and unapproved modifications
- Unauthorized repairs or providers; racing or unapproved commercial use
- Cosmetic work, incidental expenses and services outside approved limits
- Consumables and wear items unless expressly included in the approved benefit schedule
